That's a good idea and would make me actually want to play mesmers. I mean come one almost every other caster class can AoE, evene AoE healz!!

I don't see this as necessary as Necros have in curses [suffering] anyways Mesmers role isn't always to spread hexes.

Ether nightmare is an aoe hex for max -8 regen, use that.
